Hermen Hing, where to download the driver?

I can only DL the latest Kies (which I feel it's 真氣憤!!!) from Samsung HK.

I have installed the latest Kies already (version of 29 SEP 2011) and the Windows XP (or Windows 7) is still looking for a "CDC Serial" Driver upon connection of Galaxy with the PC.

Pls. advise and thanks!

P.S. I have one time connection ok but when trying to retrieve photos from the DCIM folder of the Galaxy, the folder close immediately and the connection lose. What's happened???
